We have developed a web server which can stream videos from IP cameras installed in a house/office to the cloud. The interface to this server would be APIs developed using JSON.
Attached file describes the user interface requirement. Please bid only if you have developed rich multimedia applications with video (we would expect demo). HTML5 is an option which we are considering as well besides Java given we need a web application as well. So the developer would need to keep in mind that the web application shall have a similar usability and feel as the Android app.
