Android app; Enable in-band ringtone

Challenge: When an android cell phone (example: droid 2) is paired with a bluetooth headset. AND an incoming call is coming in - the ringtone on the headset is a default tone. I'd like to have an application created that either sets the ability for in-band ringtone (so that the ringtone is transferred and played through the headset) or simply plays the ringtone set on the phone through the headset until the call is picked up. I'd like it to be a widget that can be toggled on or off. It must work with all android based phones. Full source code must be delivered. All rights to software must be transferred to me, the owner.
