I am looking for a developer to implement an android application.
The winning bidder should be familiar with android geolocation and proximity alerts.
Work to be done : fully implement an android aplication , including UI . The application must pass google review and be able to post it on play store.
I will provide : software specification and sketch of the UI+icon
After this project is completed i am also willing to pay the winning bidder for updates.
If the project is a succes, i am willing to pay the winning bidder extra for implementing it for iOS / windows mobile.
Payment:
15% - At the start of the project
45% - At completion of application
40% - After application has passed google review
