Android Based E-Voting System

I need the system develop with Eclipse and able to run on android device. This system aim of the project is to build an Android based e-voting system for within campus or social association group. This e-voting system should contain the following modules:- 1. Registration - This module is use by voters to register themselves as eligible voters. The registration process identifying the valid voters who are eligible for the coming election. e.g. there are database with group of member details such as ID & etc. then perform validation checking only eligible members can register for coming [login to view URL] non-member it will show error message. 2. Login module - for admin users should redirect them to the admin screen and for voters redirect them to voting module. 3. Admin Module - This module is used by management or authorized personnel to monitor system. Administer are allowed to view voting process, final results and manipulate them. 4. Generate election function - for admin users generation election form and set the election candidates for the particular position such as president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and etc. the form should able to set the election date, start time, and end time. 5. Voting module - for voters to cast vote. 6. Result - for admin users can view final results I require this system finish and deliver to me on 30 Nov, 2014. Sorry for my poor English.
