I understand image processing technique using opencv on both Android and iOS. I recently build an iOS app that uses image processing techniques to identify a smile just before a picture is taken. I understand the usage of Text to Speech(TTS) and Speech Recognizer Android frameworks and I have used them in designing eReader apps for 2 years 4 months. My project approach is fast prototyping, I will break the project into two parts UI witch will be refined from 2 hours after being given the project till you are happy with it and Algorithm will implement OCR mainly using Opencv. Research in Artificial Intelligence to investigate methods which are already published in journals such as IEEE will be done, this shouldn't take long as I have experience in research I'm currently submitting my masters thesis in Artificial Intelligence.
