Make app which controls IRdroid ([login to view URL]), a plug in IR sender. Connects to audio jack.
App should have 1 send button. When pressed, send a stream of pulses to the audio jack, 0101010101
0 = pulse of 1ms (1 millisecond)
1 = pulse of 2ms (2 millisecond)
We test the app ourselves, by using your app with IRdroid measuring the IR signal using oscilloscope. When everything works, we need the source code.
Most important requirement is stable timing accuracy on most android devices. To achieve this, we suggest you adapt the IRdroid app source code to fit this project requirement, it is open source:

Please only reply by outlining how you will ensure the 1ms & 2ms timings are accurate & stable on most android devices when it is known that relying on the CPU (which might be busy on other tasks) is not stable enough?
