Android App developer to make Simple Childs Colouring App.

Hello I am after an experienced ANDROID app developer to make up a simple childs colouring app. It needs to work for smart phones and also for tablets. I have 12 colouring pages saved to file to give you. They need to be laid out on a screen with a subtle photo in the background 'behind' the thumbnails. The child clicks their favourite - it then becomes almost full screen with the pallette etc in the margins. I have some visual examples to show you and a better explanation in the attached file. Need help for this to be uploaded to market. This app will be offered for free, and needs to be ad free, so unfortunately cannot pay too much for this simple child's app. I am willing to pay for a developer app pallette (if this is neccessary) to create this app.
