I have developed a ASP.NET web APP which allows user to upload an image file.
The way it works at the moment is
1- User takes picture from android mobile camera.
2- Then User Load my app on web browser.
3- Then Press Browse and select the picture taken earlier and press Submit.

I would like if possible this way:
1- Load my Webpage on web browser.
2- Then button says take picture.
3- When press the button camera should turn on and take picture and then upload as normal.
