ANDROID - WEBAPP - camera

Basically what I need is to add another (simple) way to add photos to my webapp. I need an android app, that would be connected to a web app account. when a users inserts a product on web app there will be a button to add photos via mobile phone clicking the button would trigger his phone app to ask him if he us rdy to take picture for product......(it would get product id) so after confirming he would go into camera mode...take a pic and two options would appear: post photo to web app | discard photo after confirming, a post (with photo details and product id) is forwarded to a php script, that will then manage and save the photo (and append it to the product)... so what I need is android app, that would have: 1. splash screen with login info ... (email | pwd sent via post to a php script that will return 1 or 0) 2. camera app, basic/default functionality that will show 2 options upon taking a photo...after confirming, sending the phto to a php script 3. after confirming, asking if he wants to take another photo, if yes, starting process again no history, no nothing needed on phone app on webb app I need a script (php / or whatever that can be triggered via php)...that would push to the phone app product id)
