Yes, Lotus Approach has security feature as well as what Access offer. It is caused by the DBF File structure its self which is not possible to implement any security options. I have the copy of Lotus Approach bundled within Lotus SmartSuite, so this will be good for me to do the migration by running Approach in one side and and development environment on other side of my computer. I estimate this will need around 3 - 5 days for migration process.

I am an experienced Access developer with more than 10 years experience. Your project sound interesting and I am sure not a problem for me. I however must mention that it is difficult to bid on project with so little information. I have therefore assumed that the project is fairly complex and requires extensive analysis of the existing systems and development of an Access based system. I might add that Access 2007 is a very robust and feature rich application that allows us developers to do some "pretty cool stuff". I look forward to doing the job for you.
