Hello, I'm looking for someone who can create an access data base to track up to 200 children using an after school club. It needs to be easy to use so that it data can be entered showing what time children arrive and what time they leave. It will also need to generate invoices termly, both for individual children and linked invoices for families with more than one child at the school. Children are charged £6 per hour in quarter of an hour increments. These are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. I've attached a excel spread sheet that we are currently using to capture the data. It is hoped that by moving to Access it will reduce the admin levels required for generating the invoices. Please feel free to ask if there are any further questions. Ideally I would like this work completed by 2nd Jan 2015.

Hi, I would like to work on this project. I would start by having a form with a drop down box listing all students. On selection of the student it will open a form to update any info but also capture the start time.a dashboard will list all the attending children so that when they leave their name can be easily removed from the list and while doing so captures the end time. This will then calculate the cost in the background. We can also set up reports to show invoices periodically. Let me know if this is what you are after. One could make a simple system using Miscrosoft Access for recording entry and exit of children, it would have taken place with .NET and Access as a database, once the project could migrate all the information they have so that no having to re-charge
