Hi! there, My name is Dipak Moliya. I’ve read your project description and can see that you’d like to merge data form many files in a folder into one table of Access Database. I can write code which will take desired data from all the files from a specified folder and insert the data into an access table. We can make a field in access table which will record file name so you can know from which file the data comes. It doesn't matter how many files in the folder it will always check all the files one by one to import data if the file already imported then it will ignore the file and check next file for data thus you can either keep old files in the same folder or delete or move the old file from the folder the macro(Code/Program) will not import duplicate data into the access table. Do those three files have always the same names or not? When you say Union: do you mean that data in the first file must be linked to data of the second and eventually of the third (they are an exention of the first file)? Or do you use union in the SQL meaning? Glad to be useful.

Regarding your request, It is not just an Access Query that you need. A Query is an SQL statement, which accesses / manipulates data base objects. Instead you need an VBA routine which accesses files and folders (file system objects) as well as your table.
