For the PCB layout ONLY! You will need to find a Linux/Android programmer to do the rest of the software. I have many years of electronics design experience, doing electronics, not software. I have done several DDR2 and DDR3 layouts and worked with the Allwinner A10 and A20. I work usually in Altium Designer.

What format are your schematics in ? Can you send pdfs ?

I am good in C programming a little bit of Java but i am good in layout
