Dear Madam or Sir, I have read the file and I have already experience with the Matlab bioinfo toolbox. Moreover, as a mathematician I am familiar with the mathematical background. Therefore, the task could be solved quickly. Just to make sure, the pdf contains a second task which does is not a matlab task. In the second part, a mathematical statement has to be proofen.
