Data Analysis (Trend Spotting) Project

Hi, I have a large amount of data, a sample of which is attached. I need someone to extensively test strategies on one months worth of data. I can provide a more in-depth explanation of the data to interested parties. What I am looking for are successful trends and patterns. The solution to finding these trends should come through a mathematical approach using ANN and several training algorithms based on a gradient approach. The appropriate software will likely be MatLab or Mathematica. If after testing a successful strategy appears over the month, I will then provide data for a second month. If the second month is successful I will provide one years worth of data. This is the first iteration of the project. Unless I can be convinced otherwise, a competence in C++ will be required for the second iteration. The project budget is a guess, though I understand the process could be lengthy. With regards to bidders, a fluency in English is required and if possible constant contact through a messaging platform. An NDA must be signed before awarding the project.
