B2B Marketing Collateral - Human Resources Market

We provide a job board and resume database to employers. We need a 1 page (maybe 2 sided) probably color, piece of marketing collateral. The target audience will be about 350 managers of local offices of a large national insurance company. These managers are constantly recruiting and have hiring quotas imposed on them by the corporate office. They get resumes from corporate and have access to major job boards (like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) but they are always needing more resumes as their hiring success rate is generally low. They have an annual meeting and we have the opportunity to provide some marketing collateral at that meeting. We are unique in the job board market in that we aggregate resumes from hundreds of thousands of locations (not major job boards). We also have resumes from the thousands of job seekers that sign up on our sites every month. Our resume database is a mix of active and passive job candidates. We can provide resumes that these managers won't find anywhere else. The goal of the collateral is to get as many of these managers as possible to try/buy our services.
