Do sales for Facility Management contracts and earn Liasioning fees

We are a startup facility management services firm. We are looking for Facility Management contracts throughout India for malls, office complexes, industrial centers, hospitals, hotels and other commercial/residential properties and townships. We require people who can on a freelance basis, do marketing/sales for us and get us the projects. We will give them 1-2% of the contract value as the referral/liasioning fees upon issue of LOI/Start of contract. Eg : If you source us a small project for facility management/manpower supply for a small 2-3 star hotel, contract value shall be approx INR 2 Crore. Your referral fees will be INR 2 Lacs or ~USD 3500 (Minimum, can increase if a project is arranged at a good margin) paid upfront. Geographies : INDIA, UAE, AFRICA
