For more details, please visit our website - [login to view URL] Position – Business Development Officer Location – Delhi/NCR Key Responsibilities - • Client Acquisitions & New Business Development - Taking care of the corporate sales & business development operations with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth. This would entail meeting prospective clients, making presentations & pitching for our green products and finally ensuring sales closure and realization of revenues. • Market Intelligence – • Conceptualize and build a go to market strategy that supports the vision, biz P&L. • Mapping of new market segments. • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts. • Account management – • Deliver world-class experience to all our customers to ensure consistent business growth. • Maintaining long-term relationships with clients to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets. • MIS - Maintaining of daily, weekly, monthly Sales reports to facilitate projections and management reporting. Desired Candidate Profile - • Education - Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage • Experience – 0 to 2 yrs. of Sales / Business development experience • Skills required – • As we are in Green products, we are looking for people who are passionate to Do Different - “about making a positive change for our planet and the people of our planet by contributing towards a green environment”. • Self-starter and a Go getter with a Willingness to “do what it takes”. • Creative thinkers with Consultative/ Solution sales approach. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment. • Should be able to engage successfully in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales closure. • Excellent Communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills. • Preferred – as it is a field job, we will prefer candidates having their own vehicle Compensation Details – Depending on candidate. Salary Range - 8 to 12 k per month + additional incentives based on sales targets achieved.
