Modify existing Quoting tool created in MS Access 07. Scope has grown past my skill set and need expertise and someone that can take what I've built and edit/clean to produce more consistent results. This will be a master copy behind a VPN that is replicated out to the field. The project will be considered complete after all testing and stability of the project is verified. Would like coder to be in Central Arkansas to facilitate a better understanding of the project. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Access 07
