A skilled Magento developer to help us on an ongoing basis

We have an ecommerce site on Magento and need someone skilled with the platform and ideally who understands how multi seller marketplaces work on Magento and is familiar with the uDropship module. We want someone who cares, is proactive and keen to become a part of our team. We do not want someone who takes coding shortcuts. We will only take a Magento certified developer who codes to Magento guidelines (we will check). The budget range listed below is per hour - we are looking for someone at around £8-10 per hour (about $15 per hour). The volume of work will vary between about 5-10 hours per week. Sometimes more and sometimes less.
