CRE Loaded Template Design

Our customers are looking to us to provide fashionable shoes at competitive prices. Our website is constructed using CRE Loaded 6.2. ? Over the last couple of years, we have grown a following of customers and received a number of comments about the look and feel of the site. Many of our major competitor’s sites are plain white, where the shoes take centre stage. Some websites have a slight amount of blue, but this is creatively designed to enhance the feel of the website, rather than being a focal point. ## Deliverables We have analysed many of our major competitors and come up with the following suggestions, however we’re looking for ideas which will also benefit our site and our shoes. To facilitate the new template we’d be looking for the following to be incorporated: ? * Our brand name and phone number must be displayed prominently * The main colour should be white, like Faith and Dune * Any other colours used should be soft and gentle and be preferably a pastel colour * We should have a Search function in an very prominent and easily accessible part of the website. * Shop categories should be down the left hand side of the screen * Promotion boxes should be built, but not displayed, so we can create our own imagery to go in them, to promote products, sales etc * Sales promotion boxes should promote specific items and they should also link to the sales section * We do not want/need best sellers * We need an image for Free UK Delivery which automatically appears on every page * We need an image for “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed?? which automatically appears on every page * We need an image for European to UK Shoe Sizing which automatically appears on every footwear listing * We need a promotion box which shows featured items by category ? As explained above, we’re not looking to be a clone or copy of any of the sites listed above, but we do want to take some of their best qualities to exhibit our range properly. ? The focal point on any page selling shoes should be the shoes themselves. ? When submitting a bid, please include details of previous template work you have worked on, or specific ideas backed up with references to previously implemented work. We’re looking for the work to be carried out through August, ready to go live on September 1st for the Autumn Winter shoe season.
