Design 23+4+1 icons

Design using Adobe Photoshop new set of icons for our software product. The current icons and the context in which the icons will be used is visible in the attached file. So, I need: - 1 product icon in high quality transparent .ico format (one ico file containing multiple sizes), I also want the original multi layered and high quality Photoshop PSD image. - 4 small tool category icons (current ones visible in attached [login to view URL] on left). The size of these images should be around 24x24 pixels. - 23 tool icons (current ones visible in the attached [login to view URL]'s). The size of the tool icons is at the moment 40x40 but I want the new ones in 50x50 pixels. The icons must be delivered to me in: ready-to-use BMP files with a defined transparency color, transparent PNGs and also the original high quality and multi layer Photoshop PSD files. As for style, design something that would fit the application (see the screenshots attached). Please first design a few icons as a sample and let me see the style you wish to use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
