I can take a look at your actual CWP configuration and check if the settings are correct. We can do some test to see if your host provider is blocking or not the outgoing stmp connection and smtp traffic. any info what is the mail domain and ip address of the server? if it is nameserver problem, i can look at it first. any info on the mailqueue why they are not delivered and still in the queue?

Hi I am a professional Linux sysadmin and I have a lot of experience with spam issues. I can investigate and solve the email sending problem. To complete the task I will need access to your server. Thanks

I work on the base that if I can't find the problem, I won't count an investigation fee. Since I'm a webhosting provider, it seems this should be no problem for me to fix it as long as I can have SSH root access which is needed for troubleshooting. I will check your domain, DNS/MX records and iptables firewall rules if any. Next to that I will do testing via telnet to send mail to my own servers to start troubleshoot the issue. I must be honest that I'm not familiar with Centos Webpanel. We use Cpanel and Directadmin. But in fact that should not be a problem. Unless the hackers changed something in your web panel, in which case you can best reinstall the web panel anyway.
