Create S Corporation Online

I am creating an S Corporation for my business. I don't plan on any employees. It's just myself. Any other work I use freelancers. I know how to create most of the corporation but there are a few questions that threw me off.
In regards to Number of Shares of Stock Authorized, It's asking for
- Series and
- Par Value Per Share
I need some help understanding what those mean and some possible recommendations. See the attached image for this project.
