Contract with our Terms & Conditions for our recruitment agency

We run a recruitment agency. We need a contract done which simply would state our terms & conditions to our clients (for e.g. we are asked by our client to present our side of terms & conditions before signing one year contract with them). We have accumulated (and written) all the content we want to see in the contract, however the content is accumulated from various sources on internet, is unstructured and cannot be used as such (copy paste). We need someone to take our sample and write a new contract from scratch in the form of legal document along with adding things which we probably might have missed. The contract would probably run in 4 to 6 pages and should not match more than 15 to 20 % text of our sample. The final document needs to be very structured and very professional Legal Contract. Please, only people who work in the field of Law and write these documents as part of their professional services need apply. We will provide our sample content in private message at a later stage. We need it to be done immediately in this week itself.
