Hello, I can complete this project for you today. From your description, the required programming effort is very low. I would just need to know the answers to the following questions: 1) What DAQ card / device are you intending to use? 2) What is the current draw of the 5 VDC relays (this will dictate whether to use a digital or analogue output for the 5V drive signal). Part numbers would be sufficient, I can look up the datasheets. 3) How are the thermocouples interfaced with the DAQ device? (is there a thermocouple reader which transduces the output to an analogue voltage, or are you using a DAQ card with built-in thermocouple inputs?) 4) What type (e.g. J, K) are the thermocouples? My deliverables will be: 1) The required VI, commented where appropriate. 2) A pdf schematic of the test setup to confirm understanding.
