add javascript help function

For my website [login to view URL] i need an intelligent help function. Every <h> <a> tag needs to get an help option, like if i wait more then a second with mouse cursor on it there appear an help popup. It all should be implemented in a single javascript file and should not decrease performance. 1) automatic register option of all <h> <a> tags on a page (these you send back to php script) <h> use title to identify <a> use text in tag to identify 2) when the user have mouse 1 second on the h or a tag you load the help text via ajax. 3) there is also a small php part to load the correct data. (i can help you with it) It should work on safari firefox chrome. Please let me know how you plan to create it, what table structure you use. Regards, Niek
