A web based project. The object is to collect data from a customer on the web and place this in a .fdf data file. Then have the server fill out PDF forms using this data.
It is suggested that a number of subsidiary web pages be created under the main web page. Each subsidiary web page would have a question such as “What is your first name” The next subsidiary web page would have “What is your last name” The third might have “What is your address” (these questions would be provided to you) At the end of each page would be a “next” button to go to the next page. Further there should be a provision that they cannot go to the next page if the data is not provided. Also if they wrong type of data is entered, i.e. a number where a word is required, the program asks for the correct type of data.
Once all the questions are answered, the data is placed in PDF forms.
Additionally, certain data needs to be extracted from a few excel sheets based on the information provided and inserted into the PDF forms.
There are many PDF forms which need to be completed for the whole package. Many of these forms require some of the same data, i.e. “name” therefore this would only be asked once.
The PDF forms are the official bankruptcy forms which I could provide a link to.
Finally, I plan on making a You Tube video corresponding to each question explaining what is required for each blank. I would like this video on the side or wherever and correspond to the question at hand.
