Display addresses from xlsx into Google maps as pins. Extract polygon data from existing google maps.

There are two parts to this project, Part 1 and Part 2. Part1: A script that daily extracts polygon data from a google map to png and then displays that data on a map. We will talk about how this data is stored, hopefully a mix of png and JSON files. Pins do not need to be extracted. Map will be linked during discussion in chat. When the user clicks inside the polygon a responsive popup will appear that shows A or B. A. Ready or B. Not Ready. It will also show what type of connection is available, either Fixed Line or Fixed Wireless. Light purple is fixed wireless ready, purple is fixed line ready. brown is fixed line not ready, light brown is fixed wireless not ready. Part2: Addresses from two xlsx spreadsheets (sent to you during our discussion in chat) are to be added as two different custom pins on the map from part 1 of the project. When clicking on the pin a popup will appear showing the address and the type of connection available, there are only two types, the connection from Spreadsheet 1 or the connection from Spreadsheet 2. If there is an address identical in both spreadsheets then the pop must show that both types of connections are available, instead of creating two pins at the same address. A script daily checks if an xlxs file has changed, if it has it then checks addresses from the xlsx spreadsheet on the server. If there are any changes then those addresses extracted to the JSON file and are added as pins on the map from Part 1. Addresses from the spreadsheet in Part 2 should be extracted to a JSON file.
