Create PDF Form with dropdowns where the values change based on choice in another field.

Create a adobe form fields that have variable data options based on value in another field. See the attached CR1 Refacing Addendum which is the PDF Form. As the user changes the option in the "Cabinet Material" dropdown, the dropdown options in the following fields will change; • Cabinet Finish • Glaze • Wood Sheen • Crown • Base • Light Rails • Edge Detail • Upper Doors • Base Doors I have also attached an Excel spreadsheet that shows the above field dropdown options need to be as the "Cabinet Material" is changed.
