Backbone.js ninja needed to strengthen the team

Hello, I'm looking for a backbone.js ninja for long term support starting with a current project. I'm looking for a true guru with experience. Backbone has no best practice or common structure. Research on this is an ongoing study for every backbone coder. I need to know where you stand concerning this. How you handle template loading, if you use boilerplates and if so which one(s), or maybe you have your own? This project will have many models that need to be destroyed when not in use so please share how you handle cleanups as well.
