Hi, We have a number of Java professionals with FLEX expertise on our rolls that will be a perfect fit for your requirements. We currently work with various clients as their technical support team for both projects that we have built from scratch or taken over to maintain. We can provide you with references of the same if required. All our developers report into a project manager who co-ordinates their tasks and will be your interface. We have an independent QA team that tests the developer output before it is forwarded to our customers. The project manager will work with you to plan tasks and create a weekly task list that will be followed as well us provide you with timesheets. If you wish to interact directly with the programer that is an option too. Our development team consists of professionals specific experience of 2 to 6 years. The teams is comfortable with new technolojies like FLEX and AJAX. Our rates are $15 an hour for programmers and $17 an hour for the project manager. There is no separate billing for the QA team's time and the price is inclusive of the same. We can share resumes of our developers if you wish to screen them prior to conducting the interview. our bid below is for 20 hours a month.
