Javascript for this needs to be very clean. Main Screen Should be scrollable and have a sticky "TOP" icon on the lower right side that when clicked lets user go up to the top in one click without manual scrolling. 5. Mobile Size screen: 5.1. When screen is displayed on small screen, the menu should be on the top of the page. 5.2.
