Creative & fluent English speaking only! Site css & content fix up (no full layout slicing needed, only content)

The layout does not require modifications, unless they can prove to be beneficial/seo necessary. What requires work is the content area, you will be presented with a psd of a content area which you will be required to slice, convert to html & css and implement into another html page <- simple task. Slice it up and insert it into another page with the code provided. Must use seo tags, page titles, sub titles and etc must all be the same across the whole website (there are quite a few pages but in general there are only 3 internal templates that require a bit of work). Html must be 1.0 transitional. To be honest, this website does not require a lot of work, a couple of hours should be enough once we are able to sort out the task in detail. Looking for a CREATIVE person, not just a tech savvy person. FLUENT ENGLISH is a must! Bids must be reasonable as I can get a full layout professionally sliced and diced for 60-90$.
