Creating back of linux server + local systems(windows)

Here is my requirement I can do all this by using g4u [login to view URL] if you have any bettery tool let me know. Note: once job is done you need to provide documentation and i can be able to do all below taks by myself i am also a linix admin but not a professional. Project is no rush. i will give enough time to finish Total budget is $40.00 read requirements completely Task # 1 1. create a full backup of my entire linux centos system (which is hosted in a datacenter) - create image and save the image outside server i will give my personal server MASTER-BKUP (at myhome) which is semi static (changes once in 6 months or may not be - you need to tell me how to take care of this if this haplpens) you need to do ftp image and save it there. 2. we create this backup image as follows a. full backup of entire system once in 10days and b. incremental backup once in every day once every 40days we get rid of old backups and release space 3. you test full backup and incremental backup by restoring the entire system and i validate this is a live server with lot of website and data. be careful Task #2 i have a WD TV Live file server which is hosted and residing in my home (it has semi static ip) which may change one a while (you need to document and tell me what to do if ip is changed. which has data on it we write it every day setup some kind of email notification when ip is changed so i will change ip 4. you need backup this also to MASTER-BKUP [login to view URL] a full backup once in 10days and d. incremental backup once a day Task #3 Even though my home server is working. i did not boot in last 6 months. you need to make my home server(linux centos) apply latest patches and harden and make it only backup file server apply server hardening and ristrict only to file server. i do not want to use for anything else just file backup This is the requirement for now. I can do all this by researching online but like to be done by someone who is self starter and do not need my resource held up. i do not like to stay with him, all the time until this job is done.
