Create a quiz

Hi there

The brief is to create a wizard that is based on the quiz here: [url removed, login to view] The topic will be different.

There will be ten questions and when the visitor clicks the score button they will be taken to a second page where they can enter their name and email address to get the free report.

I will send the questions, text and scoring once you have confirmed that you can take on this job.
