Application for verifying and swapping a sequence of 26 digits

I need application or browser plugin which will swap given by user 26 digits to my numbers after submiting form, before POST request is sent to the browser. Admin can create executable program which will run and install in background. Admin can define what number should be swapped to according to website title. If none is specified, it uses default number. Availability to fetch new number from my webserver every X days would be also a nice feature. App will work only if number is NOT separated but letters or special chars.
