We require someone who is experienced in converting photoshop files to bug-free HTML, CSS, Javascript that's W3C validated and tested to work in standard browsers IE7-9, Firefox, Safari, Chrome.
You must be detail oriented and make sure that the HTML looks EXACTLY like the design. I don't want to have to spend a lot of time comparing the mockups to the HTML to point out the differences, this is your job.
There are two main pages as well as a sign up and sign in page. There are also 5 dynamic/popup messages that will need to work properly (these are boxes that 'popup' when a user clicks on them) and 2 features that have clickable buttons appear on mouseover. Finally, there are 5 popup warning messages that appear when a user clicks on certain buttons.
This is for an admin panel that is highly graphical and is probably more work than a typical four page website.
I'd like to get this done quickly, so please quote your price, when you could complete this task and describe relevant experience.
