Bing Maps AJAX V6.3 to AJAX V7.0 javascript port project

I am a highly experienced UK based ASP.NET C# developer and have completed similar projects in the past. I develop web applications for the IIS/MS stack and have a high level of experience in javascript. Being open and honest I have worked with google maps in the past and have some experience with bing maps although I am yet to use bing maps on a commercial project. For the project you describe will a working site of the current v6.3 be available for reference to ensure that functionality is migrated correctly and not lost. The changes in the API from v6.3 to v7 are extensive and some functionality like the support for 3d maps has been removed from v7. Assuming that the current v6.3 is not making use of any functionality that has been withdrawn from v7.0 (3d) then your project should be perfectly feasible in the given timescale. Also v7 uses a bing application key for the map access. Will you be providing the key (as this is registered to the company who uses the mapping service) or for development purposes will the freelancer need to use their own key? When I have worked on projects like this in the past the source (or enough of it/a sample/demo app) has been provided to allow debugging during development. I use VS2013 and in order to successfully deliver this project I would need to be able to debug the js files in the site. Would enough site source code be provided (or a demo site which using v6.3 implementation) to allow active debugging based development? Tim.
