Basic process is to monitor a folder (must be able to select folder) and rename images based on the EXIF date taken so that [login to view URL] would become [login to view URL] for an image taken at 5.23pm on 15th March 2016 and then sort into folders based on every 30 minutes so that the given file would be in the '17.00 - 17.30' folder - potentially there are 3 incoming folders to be monitored - all source code will be requires
