Create a Flash Card Solution

I want to use as a teaching aid. I want an application I can run from my desktop, that is a flash card game. 1. I need to be able to create multiple sets of flashcards. Set 1, set 2, set 3 for example. 2. Once created; I need to "Play" the flash cards in player window. The actions on the player window are allow, randomized cards (from within the set playing), flip card (to show answer), Score (correct, and wrong), Review cards (all or only incorrect cards). 3. Flash cards, should allow graphics, text, and attached files, and URL links within the "question" and the "answer". A sample of an online "jeopardy" version is here... But I want unlimited number of flash cards, and not a "jeopardy theme", and able to play the app from my desk top... [login to view URL]
