BlackBerry emoticon/smiley app

I need a emoticon/smiley app to be developed on Blackberry platform. The app should be compatible for 0S 5 & above. The app should be something similar to fancy char or easy smiley pack apps found on app world. All the emoticons/smileys would be provided. Also there should be scope to put up ads to generate revenue from the app. At the end, entire source code & all related files to be handed over by developer.
