Augmented Reality - Android Application

I want someone who can develop Augmented Reality Application for Android Mobile platform V2.0 ++.

The Goal : ----

This Program will be used with Newspapers, to enhance the readability or interactiveness of the Newspapers. So Any regular newspaper content will trigger the augmented objects(menu,video,audio etc) on the phone screen. So the user will be able to listen,watch and interact with these objects which are eventually pulled out from a database located somewhere outside of the phone.

The Functionality :-

As described above the augmented objects must be connected to a database server ( a web server connected via WLAN or 3G,GPRS etc.)

For each content of the Newspaper must have associated object and it should return additional content from the server by request of the user.

Ex: - Sports Section may have yesterday Nights soccer match results. By pointing the phone to the particular section and with this application user will be given a menu either to watch highlights of the last nights match on Youtube or from some other source, or he must be able to read/ post comments to a discussion about the match in some other website, and he must be able to share the content with his friends in Facebook and other social media.

Like wise each section of the newspaper will have it own augmented menus with additional content.

The application must have ability of customization. the newspaper publisher must be able to pre-feed the arrangement(Layout) of the newspaper. The application installed on Users phone will first look for the layout for each week over the internet by connecting to the above mentioned server. Then when the user point his phone to the newspaper it will automatically compare the layout with the database and should prompt augmented menus. Then user can browse through the menus as described above.

The Newspaper publisher must have the ability to specify the content for each section (which means he must be able to specify the match highlight video URL, discussion blog URL etc.) This can be done when the publisher specify the weekly(or daily) layout of the newspaper. so it will be saved in the web server by the publisher. So the application connects with the server database and start operating immediately. Application must scan the newspaper( Page by Page or each section by section) automatically, it cannot be user taking a picture and scan.

This application is unique to a Newspaper. So it can be customize to each newspaper publisher and have their own layout feed through the database. Please check the diagram document attached then you will have better idea. This is very simple mechanism although I had to explain it lot. you will realize by looking at the diagram.
