Android App for VWorker

We are looking for a coder to make and Android App for Employers and Workers using VWorker. The app will have two main functionalities. Employer Mode and Worker Mode. In each mode the application icon which appears in the Action Bar on the left side will bring the user back to the home page for the mode that they are in. Pressing it again will bring the app back to the general home page. Activities will be needed corresponding to the Ticker (which will appear on the home page along with the ability to choose Employer mode or Worker mode), plus each of the main VWorker Employer and Worker pages (e.g. Post a project; Todo List etc). Services will need to check incoming messages - for example project page updates - but pages, bandwidth and CPU loading must be minimalist avoid loading. All functions needed to be a worker including the ability to place, accept, communicate and accept completion on projects must be supported in Worker Mode. All functions needed to be an Employer including the ability to bid on, accept and communicate and report completion on projects must be supported in Employer Mode. We favour android's HTTP client as a means of interacing with the VWorker site (probably through JNI) rather than cURL. We have permission from Ian Ippolito founder and CEO of VWorker to do this and he is willing to give advice on minmizing loading on VWorker.
