Automized Image edit>crop>resize

This project consists of two parts, you can react to either one or to both. The first part is the most important, but if you react to only one part please adjust your price to that. I'm building a site, on this site I have several buttons (button template in PNG format), with logo image overlays (transparent logo PNGs). At the moment users can upload their own image and it will be resized and placed on a button. Part 1. In stead of only resizing the uploaded images (often JPG files) I want to turn the images into transparent PNGs that are in style with the rest of the page. For this I need the following steps atomized (witch I now do in photoshop to create the default button logos) (upload logo image) - Select background color (with medium tolerance on the color)(background color will be the color from the upper right pixel, if there is no better way to determine it) - Delete selection (so that background will be transparent) - Crop to logo image (this step cuts off the empty border around the image) - Resize to a maximum wide and a maximum height - Add a glow to the logo (glow must have the original background color) (save as transparent PNG and transparent GIF ) Part 2. (this part might need some AJAX) As an alternative to uploading an image I would like to let users create their own 'button representation' (image). This would be either just text (centralized) or an icon + text (together centralized). The icon should be either the favicon (icon from the site corresponding to button) or a icon from a list (I will provide the list). The text should be in rich format, so users could change color, use bold, italic and underline, choose fond size, and choose from a few fonds. The result should be previewed on top of the button template.
