Apache Lucene Search Engine Installation and customization

I need an expert Apache Lucene programmer. The programmer will be responsible for programming a JSP application that uses the Apache Lucene API to fulfill the following requirements: 1. Search a directory for files and add the files to the search index. So that they are searchable. 2. The application must also be able to take http links to websites which will be searched for files to add to the index. 3. The application must also have a single page which calls a Python Application (which we already have and does not need any programming) to run and the application should display the stdout of the python application to a text field in the JSP page on the browser. The user must also feed in the parameters to the python application via the web browser using a form. 4. There must also be an upload button which allows the user to upload text files to a specific directory on the server. These text files are one of the parameters mentioned in item number 3. above. So the page that would be built for number 3. above will provide a pull down with the list of files uploaded by number 4. 5. No graphics or ajax or anything fancy is necessary. Just get the functionality in there and show me how it works so that I can customize the home page. 6. A breakdown of the pages i need is: Home (just a search box and some text), results (search results page), details (a page which shows the contents of the searched file, admin (which contains the items 1 to 4) I have an example program that I have seen that is similar but different which can help for the winner of the bid.
