Convert Java to C# with in a Unity Project

I am looking for some one to do some scripting for me. I am only starting to learn C# and Java. So I need some one that can convert Java to C# and work out some basic things. I have a full Scene in Unity all scripted in Java and it needs to be in C# and working all the same as it is now. You will need to have a free version of Unity in order to do this. All code will have to be very well commented in English. There is only one scene in a scene folder. Java script related to that scene is the only script that needs to be converted. All other script can be disregarded. Order of priority. Camera and Attack system. This includes the mouse locking. Inventory system and item pick up. AI Left click magic attack and skill system does NOT need to be converted to C# This system is in there as a place holder. You will remove all Java script when done. I have a very small budget for right now. Please let me know what you can do and for what price. This first job should be a simple one, and I hope for more jobs to come.
