Create Android Full Screen Browser

We require an Android application create that when launched, shows a https web page in full screen. The user can click links, buttons, and input and submit to web forms like a normal browser, all in full screen. Requirements: 1. Nothing except the webpage should be seen on the screen (no toolbar, url, menu, etc..) 2. It should behave like a web browser in full screen mode, however, the user can not close the application or disable the full screen mode. 3. While this app is running, the keyboard lock is disabled. 4. Disable input from buttons such as Home, Back, +, etc... to prevent the user from exiting this full screen app. 5. There must be a small button in the upper right corner, that when clicked, prompts for the admin password. If the password is correct, the user can choose to change their password or close the application. If the password is not correct, the password prompt disappears and returns to the full screen webpage. 6. When the program runs for the first time, it requires the user to set an admin password. 7. You must either provide instructions on how to set this application to run when the mobile device boots up, or set the application to run at bootup the first time it runs. 8. Provide instructions on how to put this application onto an Android mobile device. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Android
