I am looking for a talented web programmer to help implement a single HTML webpage based on mockups I have. The contractor will also need to help with designing the color and feel of the page, as my mockup only contains the basic layout for the page. The most important element of the page is the mouseover popups, which contain additional information with formatting. Those must be implemented exactly as shown with the specific formatting. This template will be used as a JSP page, so no PHP on this page, please. Only HTML/CSS, JS, AJAX. All text and images must be editable directly from the html code. CSS code should be clean to not clash with my existing website code. Thanks
