Conduct a gaming tournament on reddit - a reddit expert needed.

I'm looking for a reddit expert who has sucessfully promoted posts to the frontpage of a subreddit. I have an arcade gaming site. Inorder to promote my site, I create a tournament thread on reddit to invite users to participate in daily gaming tournaments and award prizes on the reddit thread to the winning players.(I will show the past tournament thread to qualified candidates for reference). I want a reddit expert to take over this task for me. I expect you to do the following things, i) Create the initial tournament thread. ii) Promote it to the front page of the subreddit reddit. (Should have past experience sucessfully promoting threads to front pages). iii) interact with users in the thread. Each tournament thread should involve about three hours of work. about 1.5 hr - for posting and promoting the thread another 1.5 hr - spread through out the day where you check on the thread and keep interacting with the user. I expect the active life span of the thread to be about 24hrs before it dies out. I want you to create, promote and manage the thread. I will provide detailed instruction on each step once u r hired.
